Jeremy Linder

Jeremy Linder was one of the most accomplished baseball players in Wes-Del history and a standout multi-sport athlete during his high school career. A four-year varsity baseball player from 1997-2000, Jeremy earned All-State First Team honors in both 1998 and 2000 and was a three-time All-White River Athletic Conference First Team selection from 1998-2000. He also earned First Team All-East Central Indiana honors in 1998 while helping lead Wes-Del to a Sectional Championship that same season.
Known for his dominance both at the plate and on the mound, Jeremy set the standard for excellence in Wes-Del baseball. He led the team in numerous offensive categories throughout his career and topped the pitching staff in nearly every category during the 1999 and 2000 seasons. At the time, many of his accomplishments were school records, including 327 career strikeouts, more than 30 career pitching victories, 20 career home runs, and a remarkable .557 batting average during the 2000 season. His nine home runs in 1998 also stood among the school’s top single-season performances.
In addition to baseball, Jeremy was a varsity wrestler for two seasons and a three-year varsity football player, earning All-Conference honors in football in both 1999 and 2000. Following high school, he attended Indiana State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
Jeremy and his wife, Vanessa, reside in Brownsburg, Indiana, with their three sons — Kysaac, Greyson, and Brooks. Today, Jeremy spends much of his time at the baseball fields coaching and supporting his boys in the game he has always loved.
