Alexis (Antrim) Winter

Alexa graduated Wes-Del in 2012. After graduation she declined scholarship offers so she could focus on continuing her education at Purdue University, earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in 2015, then continued her education earning a Master Physician Assistant Science Degree from the University of Evansville in 2020. While at Wes-Del she played 4 years of Volleyball, 3 years of Basketball and 1 year of Softball. During her volleyball career at Wes-Del she was selected to the All Mid Eastern Conference Team in 2010, the All Delaware County Team in 2010 & 2011, the All State 1st Team in 2010 & 2011, the Indiana All Star 1A/2A Team in 2010 & 2011 and received the IHSAA Mental Attitude Award in 2011. Her Volleyball teams were Sectional Champions in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Regional Champions in 2009, 2010, and 2011, Semi-State Champions in 2009 and 2011, State Runner-up in 2009 and State Champion in 2011, which was Wes-Del’s first Volleyball State Championship. For her career she had over 1000 kills and 1000 digs, averaging 4.04 kills per set in 2011. She was also an outstanding student finishing high school with a 3.96 GPA and being the Valedictorian of her class in 2012.
