  • Football: 4-year starter as offensive guard, linebacker, fullback; 1974: All-Delaware County and All MVC Conference; 1975: Team Captain and MVP, team was Class A State Runner-up, All-Delaware County (Offense & Defense), All Conference and All-State Class A; 1976: Team Captain, MVP, All-Delaware County, All-Conference, All State Class A, All-State UPI First Team
  • Wrestling: Varsity 4 years, 1975: Mt. Vernon Invitational and Conference Champion; 1976: Sectional, Regional Champion, Delaware County Champion with 24-4 record; 1977: Sectional Champion, Led team in most pins
  • Baseball: Varsity starter 4 years, 1975: All-Delaware County; 1976: Team MVP; 1977: Mental & Scholastic Award, Co-MVP, and All-Delaware County
