• 1982-83 competed for Wes-Del High and won All-Around, Sectionals and Regionals and took Wes-Del to the state finals for the first time.
• 1984 took Wes-Del to state finals a second time.
• 1983 selected by the National High School Gymnastics Coaches Association as a member of the All-American High School Gymnastics Team
• Coached youth gymnastics from 1997-2004
• Coached Apex High School Gymnastics 1999-2002
