• High School – Lions Club Mental Attitude Award, Variety of individual awards in Baseball and Basketball
• Selected to the Delaware County Hall of Fame 2005
• Indiana District 6 Principal of the Year
• IHSAA Mental Attitude Award in 1A Baseball given my name in 2021
• Indiana Basketball Coaches Virgil Sweet Award in 2017
• Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Award for Outstanding Service 93-94
• Retired in 2017 after completing 45 years in the field as an educator
